I am a regular customer. Bought this tea cake the other day and three people who tried it confirmed that it was stale. I took it back over a week ago to Chokola at Khan Market and their customer service department rings me today and has the audacity to offer me what they think is a resolution - a voucher instead of a full refund with apology. Shocking! attitude!
