2. Eggless Choco Chip Cookies + Milk and Dark Chocolate Button Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 packet of Choco Chip Cookie Mix - 1/2 cup (113g) unsalted butter, softened - 1/4 cup (60ml) milk - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract - 1/2 cup milk chocolate buttons - 1/2 cup dark chocolate buttons
Instructions:
Heat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Either place a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Empty the contents of the Choco Chip Cookie Mix in a mixing bowl adding softened butter, milk, and vanilla extract to the mix. Mix the content well until it forms a dough. If the dough is too dry, you can add a little more milk, a teaspoon at a time, until you achieve the right consistency.
Gently fold the milk chocolate buttons and dark chocolate buttons into the cookie dough. Make sure to evenly distribute the buttons throughout the dough.
Take about a tablespoon-sized portion of dough and roll it into a ball. Place the dough balls onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between each cookie as they will spread while baking. You can gently press down on each ball to slightly flatten them if you prefer thinner cookies.
Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake the cookies for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown. At the moment the centers may give a slightly soft texture, but it will firm up as it settles down.
Once baked, remove the cookies from the oven and allow them to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
Use choko la fudge sauce to write the letters MOM on the cookies and make it extra special.
Enjoy your delicious eggless Choco Chip cookies with milk and dark chocolate buttons with a glass of cold milk or your favorite hot beverage!
Adding a personal touch by writing sweet messages like "Best Mom Ever" or "Love You Mom" on the cookies using edible markers or piped icing or fudge sauce would be one of the best chocolate chip cookie decorating ideas.
